Hotel has perfect shuttle service, you can be sure all the time , whenever you arrive to the bus area the shuttle is there, always in the same place, no terrible suprise. Room was clean, all hotel employees are realy kind and helpful. When I asked towel they were delivered in just a few minutes with other bathroom things, soap, teeth brush etc. I will prefer this hotel again and again inshallah. Thanks them.

The hotel provided convenient shuttle services, and both rooms we booked were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was great and definitely worth the money.

The experience I had in La Reve in Taif was superior. From the staff in the reception to dining areas, and management- everyone is very helpful, really makes you feel like a special guest which adds to the beauty of this hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the reception staff were very quick to check us in- upgraded our room, offered medical pillows (which were very comfortable) and complementary arabic coffee and fruits were served. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are extremely clean and breakfast had lots of options. I have spent my time in 5* hotels in different cities in Saudi and around the world, and am surprised to see La reve as 4*! It competes if not surpasses the 5* hotels! Thanks. I would rate this place 10/10 and will definitely return!

El Jabal Omar Jumeirah, Makkah ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en La Meca, a 250 metros de Masjid Al Haram y a 10 km de la cueva de Hira. Excellent location right in front of Masjid Al Haram, ust few minutes walk to King Fahad and Gate 79. Staff are all amazing from the reception, to security and housekeeping. Efficient check-in and check-out, lifts are very good as well and really appreciate and extremely grateful to have been given a late check-out. From housekeeping staff Mr. Shakil is very kind, polite and quick to attend the needs of the guest. Everyone was polite, attentive and just excellent staff!
