The room was large, however, the room was a little musty smelling. Not a huge issue, as we just opened the windows. Grounds were lovely.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a lift and free WiFi. One of the best hotels I've been. The building is modern, all the appliances are new. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable, we slept very well - the curtains fully block the light, there was no sound coming from the outside or from the neighboring rooms - obviously, the owner invested a lot to noise isolation. We stayed there in December when it was quite cold in Lisbon, but it was comfortably warm inside. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool and a gym but unfortunately we didn't try those. Will definitely stay here for our next visits to Lisbon.

The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond for us while we stayed for my Fiance' birthday surprising us with a cake and mini champagne and note to the room was such a special gesture. The hotel was spotless clean, breakfast was filled with a variety of choices, the gym was a great range of equipment for a hotel gym and the location was ideal close to metro station and other amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room was spaceous and very clean. We were welcomed with a glass of wine and we directly got all the tips for our stay in Lisbon. Every morning a breakfast was delivered to our door and our room was cleaned every day. Downstairs there is a restaurant that belongs to the hotel with the best portugese food and very friendly staff. Almost eveything to visit in Lisbon is in the walking distance from the hotel. This is the best place to relax. It was definately beyond our expextations and I would definately recomend it.
