This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. Great hotel near the Yamagata Station, about 5 minutes walk. The room was quite spacious and clean. It was easy to comunicate with the staff as they spoke perfect English. For breakfast we had to choose Western style set or Japanese style. We liked everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

I will definitely visit Aomori only for ReLabo for sure.

This is a perfect choice for your hiking, skiing, onsen, snow or simply relaxing trip in Zao Onsen. -Location is the best, i literary removed my skis in front of the hotel door after the last slope. The hotel provides space to dry your boots and gloves and store your gears/skis. This hotel is the perfect hotel for skiers and snowboarders. It is in front of multiple gondolas and ski-lifts in Zao Onsen resort. Nearby there are restaurants, ski rental shops and many public bath / Onsen. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to a convenience store ( Lawson) and I personally walked 15 minutes from Zao Onsen bus station to the hotel when I first arrived. - Room was comfortable, spacious, warm and simple. The temperature can be adjusted with an heather. It wasn’t my first time sleeping on the Japanese Futon, and I love it every time. if you want to enjoy Japanese culture this is a good start! Wifi works perfectly. -bathrooms are clean and never crowded. -Staff is wonderful. Ryo and the lady working in the hotel are super kind and sweet. They are very nice and helpful. They will help you in everything you need during your stays. They will recommend you the best onsens, how to rent your skis, how to get your ski pass ticket, how to get to the top on the mountain in 45 minutes like a Japanese to see the snow monsters! To get to the hotel there a many buses during the day from Yamagata station to Zao Onsen bus terminal. From the bus terminal I waked to the hotel with my bag and boots and is not difficult for me even with lots of snow on the road. But there are some taxis to book. Thank you, see you soon

ユニテ蔵王ジョーニダ リゾート is a recently renovated apartment in Yamagata, near Zao Onsen Ski Resort. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The apartment has a hot tub and room service. The hotel is pretty and pleasant, and check-in was straight forward. The room was well-designed and comfortable, and parking was convenient. They also provided a free ticket to the public onsens in town, which was a nice touch, and a light breakfast for free as well (tea/coffee/juices with small croissants and cake, which were suprisingly tasty).

The accommodation provides room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. We enjoyed our stay immensely in our excellent room. We appreciate the special services and thoughtfulness of Mr Owada & Mr Wataru. Owada-san went out of the way to secure a car rental for us (cars were all booked out as it was high Sakura season) and even drove us to the car rental company and stayed with us throughout to ensure we got all the rental car formalities done smoothly. They helped us with the navigation and direction for the places of interest we wanted to visit. I was given a surprise cake (very yummy!) and the lovely touch of a champagne for my birthday. They accommodated our breakfast requests - Mrs Owada's cooking was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfasts so much. Owada-san secured a lunch booking for us at Tenfuji (the best sushi restaurant in Aomori) - the food was superb! Upon leaving Hirosaki, I accidentally left my scarf on the train - Wataru made a special effort to retrieve it and posted it to me in Tokyo. They are truly excellent hoteliers who take the effort and time to ensure their guests fully enjoy their stay at their facility. Their above and beyond kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay and visit to Hirosaki very memorable. That is what sets them apart from the rest.
