You can tell they truly love what they do and want their guests to have the best experience on the island. They were always there to answer any questions we have and were also super helpful with booking activities for us like a boat day. They even picked us up at the port AND dropped us off when we were leaving. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything! Also one thing to note: when looking for the hotel on google maps, the name of the hotel is actually Hotel Ideal in Forio* My sister got dropped off at the wrong hotel when she first arrived so make sure to search it under Hotel Ideal

Bathroom is new and shower is amazing. Location is in Ischia Ponte, close to restaurants, shops and an 8 min walk from the castle! The bus stops at the foot of the laneway to La Vigna. Daniella and her family provide a warm welcome, and ensured our stay was wonderful. Best highlight is the rooftop view - the sea and castle are visible, as well as gardens. If desired you can sunbathe on the rooftop, or the Ischia beach is a 10 min walk. Small supermarket is about 5 min walk, and there is a bar fridge in the room. Daniella provides packaged breakfast muffin/cakes, and croissants, as well as a fancy Nescafé machine for all guests that makes espresso, cappuccino, coffee - amazing!

A recently renovated property, EG Apartments - Forio d'Ischia is set in Ischia near Spiaggia della Chiaia, Soccorso Church in Forio. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 3.1 km from Botanical Garden La Mortella. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. The location of the apartments is so convenient!! Just down the road from Forio. The room itself was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and was definitely essential! Small fridge in the room to store drinks and food. The outside space was my favourite part of the apartment, we spent every evening out there enjoying a couple of drinks, just be sure to protect yourself with some anti mosquito prevention like candles or wipes that you can pick up at the neighbouring store. On the first night I did get bitten probably 15 times on just my legs, but this can't be helped and there were anti mosquito products provided. Natasha was such a great host, she surprised us with a lovely bottle of prosecco in the fridge upon arrival. She sent videos and instructions on how to get into the apartment. On the last day, she allowed us to leave our luggage in the hallway after checking out so we could continue exploring the island before our ferry back to Naples. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, and was really sad to leave! I would highly recommend this place.
