The location of Leenane Hotel makes it an excellent base for exploring Connemara. The facilities include a bar, a spacious restaurant and a private resident’s lounge. The hotel was beautiful in an awesome location. The room was spotless, and breakfast was phenomenal. I was shocked that a breakfast this wonderful was included with the stay! We also had dinner in the restaurant and the mussels were the best I’ve ever had.

Martin Sheridan Monument is 45 km away and Foxford Woolen Mills Visitor Centre is 45 km from the bed and breakfast. The host Michael was extremely kind and welcoming, and his helpfulness exceeded our expectations. He also provides a large selection of food and snacks for breakfast. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the house itself was very spacious and extensively decorated. There's also a lounge downstairs which is great for reading or surfing the internet.
