Perfectly located in the old town with hosts on site should you need anything. The A/C came in handy in July, and the surrounding area was so quiet and tranquil so we could sleep with the windows open if we wanted to. Adored the woman in the apartment with the cats below us! Felt just like home and I hope to return if we're lucky enough to return to Korcula! FYI: the easiest way to access the apartment (which you need to do on foot), is walk towards the old town on the tree-lined (eastern edge) side of the city (where all the restaurants are)--as soon as you pass the restaurant "Aurora" take a left up the little street (involves steps as all the walkways do!) At the top of the "street" you'll pass by the door of the apartment, but continue to find the owners store on the right side to pick up your keys :)

During our stay one morning she left chocolate croissants outside our door and one evening a tray full of fritule, homemade typical sweets ! The studio was very clean and the dedicated parking lot very useful although a bit tricky due to the narrow streets. There was also a washing machine and a drying rack to share with other guests. Brand new furniture and a lot of nice details.
