We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

The room was spacious and clean. We never met any issue with warm water or wifi, everything worked perfectly during the stay. Breakfast was served at our convenience and offered to taste delicious goodies prepared by the local community. Medaase for taking so much care of us!

I stayed for two weeks, and anytime I contacted him, he responded promptly, and all my needs were met satisfactorily. Security was phenomenal, and it had a massive car park in the basement. Very close to local shops, too.
