This was a wonderful experience. My mom and I traveled from Cotacachi for an overnight medical test at Hospital Axxis. The staff was amazing and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The taxi service back to the hospital in the morning saved us so much stress. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend.

The wonderful girls working there, Jessica and Viviana, were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, even taking the time to show me around the city and walk me to nearby places at night so that I felt completely safe. The owner, Alex, was equally wonderful and welcoming and he made me feel at home right away. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the personalized attention and the delicious breakfast with fresh natural juices, exceeded my expectations.
