The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. A big thank you to the ladies who cleaned the rooms — they were kind, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The location was great, (across the road from North Fields Coffee and Chocolate tour which is well worth doing) and only took a few minutes by car to all the La Fortuna local restaurants. We stayed in Villa 1 as a family of 3. We loved the privacy of the villa, it was spotlessly clean, the bed linen and beds were super comfy, a well equipped kitchen (not that we cooked). The lounge area was great to relax in, we connected the tv to our Netflix account. The pool was rather refreshing but lovely to relax by after a day exploring the area! Being able to do laundry was an added bonus! Housekeeping came in daily and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
