I would like to start with a special thank you to Ahmed, who welcomed us warmly and was very kind and helpful. It was my first time in an Arab Muslim country, and his attitude left a very positive impression about the Saudi people. The hotel is very close to the Prophet’s Mosque, with a direct view of it, and also close to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, the markets, and museums like the Creation Museum. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel is very clean and the room service is excellent. I would also like to thank Jahangir for his kindness. All the reception staff were friendly and made us feel at ease. As for breakfast, I would like to thank the chef and his assistants for the delicious and varied food. However, I have one suggestion that may benefit the hotel in the future, especially in the restaurant:

What can I tell you about Jayden Hotel ? I choose this hotel while I was in Madina .The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The receptionist Mahmood,Umar and especially the darling Leen she been helping a lot while my flight was cancelled .She is very nice and helpful as well very professional. Leen make sure that no one talk rude to their client and she is so nice that she really made me feel home during my stay. Regarding Housekeeping Ibrahim Khalil he is too good.Everytime he will ask me to clean my room and that guy he is so nice ,well mannered and the way he made us feel comfortable is really amazing . Ibrahim make sure I have everything in my room . He kept checking on us about the room necessities. The bellman MD Parvej and Khairul islam the always have smile on their face .They been helping a lot for the suitcase and make sure my belongings are safe .They are very welcoming 🙏 😊 And I would like to express thank you to Mr Salam who managed to get me a taxi and make sure am comfortable in travelling . The food at Jayden hotel are very delicious and lots of varieties and I really enjoy. Jayden hotel are really too good and all the person from receptionist ,housekeeping ,chef till the bellman are more than 5✨️plus .
