Fantastic stay – truly a top recommendation! We had such a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable people. It immediately felt warm and familiar. The staff genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home, always with a smile and sincere attention. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and cozy. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. A strong recommendation for anyone looking for a place where true hospitality is the top priority.

Everything! The owners are wonderfully kind and caring they helped me when I most needed it. This is the most exceptional, clean, comfortable, and private hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in. I had a fantastic experience staying at this new serviced apartment on Hàng Bún Street. The room was spotless, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated — everything looked brand new! I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, modern amenities, and quiet atmosphere. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and around 10 minutes to the Old Quarter. Very convenient if you want to explore the city by foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always available and eager to assist. I felt very welcomed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi. Great value, great location, and amazing service. I’ll definitely come back!

Locals could tell me these apartments have been recently renovated. The owners have designed it beautifully. The hugest bonuses for any traveller, very comfy bed, nice hot water. The kitchen is nicely equipped, which I appreciated as I like to cook a lot of my own meals.
