With the warmest welcome on arrival everything got better still.There was an array of hot drinks,herbs,condiments,food from the owners as well as previous renters,even milk which normally I have to request.These are greatly appreciated and make it feel more homely.There were also plentiful toiletries,tourist information,notes of what to do or not.Every prospective owner should come and see what makes a great stay.Even if it was not on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon at very reasonable cost,I would still say it is the closest to perfection you will find.

We stayed in one cabin and one room and both were very nice and spacious. The cabin was very well equiped for a self-catering stay with facilities inside and outside (huge bbq). Location is excellent for discovering Bryce Canyon and surroundings.

Absolutely loved our stay here. There are only 4 cabins with space between them unlike others in Tropic which are all squished tightly together. A very quiet location with no road side noise. Bed so comfortable. Heating in room. Accommodation is a quick 5 min drive into Tropic.

We had a great time at Bulberry Inn. The farm is very beautiful and the rooms are super clean and comfy! The hosts are also very kind and they will delight you with a proper American home-made super good breakfast.

Good location and ideally situated to Bryce Canyon. The room (cabin) was comfortable and clean, bathroom the same. Nice touch having a bistro table and chairs out front and a hammock and chairs at the back. Restaurant was good value and entertainment a bonus.

Great location out of the craziness of Bryce Canyon but very close. Basic but very clean. Great restaurant on site for dinner and had a limited gym but was far better than I was expecting (just needed more weights!). Free coffee in the morning was welcome.

Very convenient location, cheaper compared to other options in nearby towns. The rooms are very basic, but the shower and bed are perfectly fine, especially after all day driving. :) The coffee shop 2min down the street is your best breakfast option!

Great location outside Tropic close to Bryce Canyon with terrific views. Spotless apartment clearly lovingly looked after by the owners who live on the floor above the apartment. Well provided with all needed to cook with lots of extras provided. And was special to see the house through our binoculars from Bryce Point in the National Park.
