Perfect location to see the mountain view. It's 21 minutes away from Page. Between the Utah & Arizona border. Everything was there. Only the bathroom was tiny The door of the shower couldn't close.

The women at the desk were so nice and helpful. The location is great to see some stars at night and as a stop on your way anywhere in the area. Good stay overall.

Great view on a ranch and rodeo arena - true Arizona/Utah experience. Coffee and water in the lobby was nice. Clean room, comfy bad. Room a little bit old, but sufficient for one night and in interesting rodeo theme. Good location for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Band.
