Mina resort is a little gem of a resort I found by accident. Absolutely amazing staff, from management to chef to gardeners and cleaners, all some of the nicest people you will meet in your life. The pool is amazing and one of the a few in the whole of Loei Province you can have a proper decent swim in. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds are amazing. A market in walking distance up the road, and a fine restaurant 50m away, along with many more. Perfect for families with young kids as the pool is on site and perfectly safe environment. Can't find a fault in a perfectly run resort with all the facilities to my liking and standards, but it's best asset is staff, from top to bottom. They can't do enough for you, even after you leave they look after you😜 The best experience I've had in any resort or hotel. Thank you all for a great stay in a beautiful place. Keep no. 17 house up to scratch for me. I'll be back someday. Like the song says, you can check out, but you may never leave. It takes a little piece of you. Friends forever.

The locations directly at the Mekong River with a small balcony overlooking it, is the highlight and we enjoyed the Walking Street in front of the hotel in the evening as well! Very friendly staff, onside restaurant with reiver view as well and parking. The owner even offered to park my motorbike inside when it started raining!
