This hotel is a beautiful, contemporary building with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We stayed here after a week in Chiang Mai to unwind. The room was spacious and spotless, featuring high-quality, comfortable beds, a reliable fridge, and a balcony spacious enough for two. The bathroom was modern, with a spacious shower, amazing water pressure, and consistent warm water. A desk space and chair were provided, making remote work comfortable. The pool was fantastic—cool saltwater, sunbeds, and beach towels available. There are plenty of lounging/sitting areas throughout the hotel, a reading room for work or relaxation, a small gym, and clean saunas (separate for men and women). The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the helpful staff made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, very well-placed for enjoying Lamphun's Loy Krathong celebration. The owner was quite easy to contact, friendly & polite. Our children enjoyed the space of the house and some toys/games which had been left downstairs.

Great value for money! I liked the place quiet and beautiful. Best service! Thank you Mind for your attention and care. I liked the breakfast. The rainfall shower was refreshing and a huge surprise. I hope to visit Chiang Mai again and to stay longer.

This is an excellent place! Everything is of a high standard and quality: from the beds (great matrasses), the furniture and sanitary to the kind hosts and staff! The bungalows are new and tastefully furnished with quality, the location is also beautifull at the river: we loved the tranquility and hope to come back! Totally recommend this place!
