It's a new hotel in the 5th floor of a building, very closed to the center of Belgrade. The room was new designed, very cleaned and the staff very kind. It's necessary to know that the breakfast is served at the Radisson Red Hotel, 200m away from Botanica Residence and also the hotel charge a refundable deposit on check in. We booked two apartments situated on the fifth floor of a newly built block of flats. All new, furnished with elegance. Dishwasher and washing machine included. Salt, pepper and coffee and tea.
