I received a room upgrade, staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Kashif was very accommodating as were all staff I encountered. The manager also went out of his way. Great cafe next door as well.

I was in Lahore for work and chose Goldcrest based on the reviews — and it exceeded all expectations. The check-in was seamless, the apartment was spotless, and the environment was peaceful enough for remote work. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and I appreciated the comfortable seating area and desk setup. We spent a week at this apartment with our parents and kids, and it was one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had. The apartment was immaculately clean, the furniture was elegant, and the ambiance was very calm. My parents appreciated the quiet and relaxing environment, while the kids loved the spaciousness and the large windows with beautiful views. Everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to laundry service — was easily available. The apartment felt like a home away from home, only much more luxurious! The location was central yet peaceful, and we could easily visit malls, parks, and restaurants nearby.
