I dont know how can I properly say about the cleanliness of the hotel. We are on the roads over 3 months and stayed in more than 20 hostals, this is the which made us feel like home. Everything is super clean and smells amazimg just like mom washed them. The lady who works here is amazing. The safety of the streets, the location is amazing. There is a mexican and there is an asian restaurant 3 mün walking distance, they are so good. There is a mini market right in front of the place ypu can get everything you need.

This hotel is simply stunning. The attention to detail is incredible, including a proprietary scent blend that actually wafts into the rooms, in addition to the lobby and restaurant. The service is probably the best I've ever had, the most genuinely cheerful and helpful staff ever. Also the restaurant was amazing!

Great food. Good quality cuisine. The service was good if not exceptional due to being just recently opened. Need to go down the learning curve. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommended if you stay in Casco Antiguo. Not cheap but you won't find better value for money in that neighborhood

Location to all the main sights in Casco Viejo. Secure building. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Nice, new, clean, modern furnishings. Comfortable bed, strong wifi and air conditioning. We loved that there was two free bottles of water in the kitchenette for us. Friendly and helpful staff. I’d recommend and stay here again.

    I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Panama City. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Kevin, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to assist and ensure everything was perfect. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal—there are some nice restaurants within walking distance, I felt safe and well-cared for during my entire stay.

    The location of the hotel is Excellent- right in the City! Close to malls and alot of places around for food. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was amazing as they had alot of options to choose from! Overall we did enjoy our trip! I would stay at RIU Panama again :)

    Very delicious free breakfast, a nice swimming pool to relax and enjoy drinks from the hostel bar, possibility to wash and dry clothes, fully equiped shared kitchen, great location close to public transport, cheap, very clean and very friendly stuff.

    Very good location, just a walking distance from two shopping malls. Very friendly and helpful stuff any time you need their support. In my deal breakfast was included and it was nice to have it any time you are awake or ready for it up to 15:00hrs I cannot call it a room its more close to apartment, very clean, with everything you need even a hot water. Would highly recommend to stay if you are in Panama
