The location was myrific, in the middle of nature. It was so silent and we could hear the birds singing early in the morning. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mattress and pillows were comfy so we had a restful sleep. We tavelled by car so I can’t recommend a proper public transportation to Amsterdam. But it is around 25 min to the center. Nearby the property, there is a restaurant but in the evening it is rather crowded so book your table. Otherwise you can find great locations to eat in Weesp or other towns around.

The accommodation was clean and cosy. It is not big but there were all necessary things to feel comfortable in the apartment. The owner met us and showed how all things worked from entering till leaving the apartment. He always was ready to help us and answer any questions. He is very friendly and always ready to help. Everything was perfect for a few nights in Amsterdam. It is a little way away from the centre, but it was so lovely to have somewhere quiet to come back to. The metro also makes short work of the journey, as I was getting the I Amsterdam card for the museums anyway it didn't cost me anything more to stay further out. The room itself was clean and quiet and incredibly comfortable, everything needed for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A good selection of tea and coffee in the room was provided (homemade marble cake also appeared in the room at the end of the second day!). Franz's breakfast spread was lovely, he also does the best boiled eggs- you will not appreciate how good they are until you try them.
