Thank you very much to Nazy and his Team for everything. They helped us with everything to the fullest, and the 12 nights we spent there will be an unforgettable experience. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the beach is very close and impeccably maintained. The kindness and humanity of the staff are captivating, and the island residents are also wonderful. The programs offered by the accommodation are varied; we were lucky enough to see manta rays and whale sharks, and they even organized custom programs upon request. They did everything to ensure we had a great time, and when we needed help due to illness, they immediately took care of everything. Thank you very much!

Perfect spot to experience a relaxing holiday. The island was rural , untouched, beach was as big and beautiful it can be and local people were amazing. The hotel was located in the most silent part of the island and few minutes from the bikini beach. Mr. Naeem who is originally from the island was the perfect host and took us snorkeling and fishing.

From arrival, Shihab, the incredible owner, welcomed us warmly and ensured every detail of our trip was seamless. Whether it was arranging transfers, planning excursions, or adding thoughtful personal touches, his hospitality was outstanding. 🌿A Tranquil Garden Retreat🏡 True to its name, Bageechaa (meaning "Garden") is a beautiful oasis. The central garden creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for dining and unwinding. The modern, stylish design gives it an upmarket resort feel at an affordable price. 🚤 Easy Transfers & Convenient Location ✈️ Shihab arranged a speedboat transfer for us and personally picked us up from the harbour. Dharavandhoo also has its own airport, with 25-minute flights from Malé, making travel effortless. We took the speedboat in and flew back—both organised flawlessly by Shihab. 🌊A Paradise for Marine Lovers🐢🦈 The island is near Hanifaru Bay, where majestic manta rays gather seasonally, and close to a whale shark hotspot. Shihab organized amazing excursions—snorkelling, diving and sandbank trips—with trusted local providers. 🍽️Exceptional Dining👨‍🍳 Bageechaa’s in-house restaurant serves delicious, well-presented meals thanks to their talented chef Senaka. Staying on this local island was an incredible experience that we will cherish forever. Unlike the more touristy islands, Kihadhoo had a more authentic and serene vibe, and the locals were genuinely kind and welcoming. Our host was exceptional in every way. Not only was he the director of the local school, but he also managed the accommodation as a side project with utmost care and dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. For meals, our host arranged dining at a newly opened local café. While the café still has room for improvement in terms of price-to-quality ratio, I’m confident it will grow into a fantastic spot over time. What truly sets this island apart is its breathtaking coral reef and vibrant marine life. Our host also organized unforgettable snorkeling and diving trips with a dive center on a neighboring island. These excursions were simply magical (especially in Hanifaru bay)! However, having a dive center directly on the island (which is planned soon) will make exploring the underwater world even more convenient. This island offers an authentic, peaceful getaway with stunning natural beauty and warm hospitality. We would love to return someday and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique Maldivian experience.

We were very satisfied with our stay! Kat at the reception was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The accommodation offered fantastic trips and their scuba diving centre provided an excellent diving experience.
