Brandy new, built in 2002, everything was great, very clean, convenient rooms, nice decoration, bonus the spa room and the breakfast, but what makes your day is the staff, from the receptionist to the waiter, they love what they do and it makes the difference! Our best stay so far in Montenegro!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kotor. The location is perfect, right next to the entrance to the Old Town and the walking trailer into the beautiful mountains. We were warmly welcome with wine and homemade tiramisu, which was such a lovely touch. Since we stayed over Easter the grandmother kindly gifted us boiled egg on Easter morning. The apartment was very clean, modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. Close to the restaurants and local bekeries. Warm greetings to Mrs. Bogdanka and her friendly grandson Luka - we truly felt at home.

Excellent apartment, unexpectedly very large. The view is simply gorgeous - the city, mountains and sea. The administrator was very kind. There is a private closed parking. It is very far to walk to the old city and from the mountain, so we went by car. There is a private swimming pool - I also really liked it.

This is a really nice set up. A peaceful oasis away from the busy town areas. The location is great to explore all the main tourist spots like Kotor, Sveti Stefan and Budva and all the nearly beaches. The hotel also has reserved chairs at a local beach you can use for free. Top breakfast. Also in walking distance are a couple of nice restaurants, bakery and supermarket and can order food in if needed. The staff running the place are extremely warm and helpful - thanks very much for a great stay

The property is very new and clean! The decoration is well designed. The owner is very attention to details. Even TV remote is very clean . Parking is easy. We have a welcome wine and food which made us feel very welcome. On the balcony, the view is stunning! The kitchen is well equipped, all appliance are famous brand. The shower gel is ritual 😍
