We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Nature House. The rooms and the entire property are very well-maintained, everything is clean, and you feel at home right away. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can also book safaris to the national park directly on-site; we did the 4-hour safari and had an amazing experience. Half-board is definitely worth it—the breakfast is excellent, and the dinner was also very delicious and plentiful.

The place is just amazing, Sandeep was very kind and he did everything to make feel us like at home. What an amazing stay! The cottage itself is brand new and very nicely equipped. The staff was beyond words kind and helpful. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and always near the cottage so easily reachable if you need something. They gave us advice on transport, on things to do, etc. The location itself is on quiet place in the woods so you will hear so many birds singing. It is also close to Safri to whom they organize an amazing tour with breakfast.

It's exactly like the photos. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the owners go out of their way to help you. We have been travelling through India and Sri Lanka for a few months and this is one of our favourite stays. We're always nervous about reading 10* reviews but do trust this one! Ps I'm gluten free and this was no problem. They even made a special picnic breakfast for me AND they offer safaris if needed.

Such a perfect place to stay when you want to visit Udawalawe national park! We highly recommend to arrange the private jeep tour to the park with the owner - the driver was so professional, spoke good English and made sure that we saw all the animals possible!! The place itself is magical - cosy little house with outdoor shower. Especially relaxing if you arrive from the busy Kandy city or south area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were so warm and welcoming. And the food!!! They prepared us such a nice lunch when we arrived - very authentic and delicious Sri Lankan food. Also their dog was such a nice entertainment for our toddler 🙂

everything was just perfect! if i could i would give rate 20 :-) place is like from a jungle fairytale. green and quiet, perfectly maintained. room is spacious and outer toliet with a pool is unbelievably. everthing designed with great taste and in harmony with nature ♡ lunch and breakfast were very delicious. dasun is great guy, he helped us with everything ;-) he also can organise safari for you. big regards to whole family, i hope we'll come back one day!
