This was a wonderful place to stay! Great host and volunteer helper are kind and informative. It is clean, comfortable and welcoming and the owner goes above and beyond to help you. Also, he provides luggage transport - and you might need it to temple 12!

Everything was perfect, very clean and very friendly host. But a fair warning for those who are doing the Shikoku-Pilgrimage for the first time: The lights might go on at 4:30 (no joke) and the pilgrims could be very loud to motivate themselves for the day. Keep that in mind :)

I was very late because I had problems arriving, so I was coming at 1:30 at night instead of 21:00 the evening before. The owner still was very friendly and explained how to find everything. I recommend this place

We stayed two nights. Absolutely loved the big bath to soak in. The massage chair was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Very clean accommodation with good amenities. We liked the location as it suited our travels. The house was close to one of the 88 temples.
