Everything, upon arriving and entering the lobby then into our room the surroundings already felt super relaxing, even more inside the room where all you need is available from full skin care, comb, body towel, coffee, black/matcha, different type of pillows (firm/soft). We didn't get the chance to try the onsen, breakfast was great as well. Options of japanese and western sets for each person. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was super helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities and there was even a "happy hour" in the evening at the hotel bar. All in all, it was great.

Free breakfast even though I booked a room without breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station. Convenient store (Family mart) is just right beside it.
