We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed with a smile and incredible kindness. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the location — just minutes from the airport — is a real plus. Breakfast had everything we needed to start the day right. We even had an issue with another hotel the next day, so we ended up coming back and staying a second night — that says it all! This was the best hotel we had stay in Jordan. Moreover this hotel gorgeous had exceeded our expectation. This is family hotel where family and staff is super helpful and try to meet all requests of their guests. Each room is individually design, super spacious and very comfortable. The food selection on breakfast was amazing, everything was super fresh and prepared with high quality. There is possible to (pre)order dinner which base on local cuisine and fresh product. Hotel is located close to main attraction of Madaba. Important for car travelers is private parking lot. I definitively recommend this hotel and will stay again visiting Jordan or area of Amman/Madaba.

A cozy boutique family hotel with friendly, attentive service and convenient parking. We received excellent recommendations and tips on what to visit and where to eat in Madaba. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of Jordanian dishes served on the hotel’s top floor with a fantastic view of Madaba. The hotel owner herself introduced different dishes and took great care of us. We had a wonderful time chatting with her over breakfast. We chose Tell Madaba as a stopover on our way to the Dead Sea.

We spend one night in the Black Iris II and we couldn't make a better choice. The staff was always very welcoming and smiling. The room so nice with attention to details like all around the hotel which is totally new.
