Everything was perfect! The apartament is situated in very good location, close to the train station and also to the beach :) the breakfast were very good (coffee plus croissant with pistachio) :) if you are looking for a unique place to stay, this apartament should be your choice! :)

For those walking the Via Francigena avoid this place. I booked via Booking.com and it seemed a normal booking. After committing to the contract, I received an email from a 'management company requesting me to check-in online. This was complicated, as if seemed you need a special app and in the end I had to complete via WhatsApp, which took about 90 minutes. At the same time I was told with some arrogance that I must not have read the booking process correctly. I have since done a dummy booking and there is no reference to this company's involvement until after you commit to the booking contract. The appartement is a little cramped, with no balcony. There is a kitchen and stove, but with minimal kitchen utensils and cutlery. This is another place with a kitchen, but a coffee Moka is not provided. There is not even one of those stupid coffee machines to make a coffee in the morning, or tea bags provided to have a hot drink.

Nice breakfast, excellent staff. Max, the owner, was extremely helpful and even helped me take the suitcases from the car up to our room. His recommendation for the park and ride for our evening in the city was also excellent and saved us a lot of time and stress. He had a great deal of knowledge about and the surrounding area and if we had stayed ´longer we would likely have followed more of his recommendations.

The room was perfectly clean with great facilities. Extremely comfortable bed, quiet location but not too far away from the centre. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at the hotel and cafe downstairs, who couldn’t do enough for you. Felt very safe and secure as a solo traveller.
