Location is convenient as it is 5 min walk from the train station. Comfortable drive in and free car park. Clean facility, very very very accommodating staff. The best part was spa - rarely can you find a sauna and hamam with just right temperatures (i.e. hot) for your arrival. The entry is 30€ per person for a max of 2 hours of private wellness session. I also lived the elements of decor and architecture and attention to the detail in the interior - so innately Italian! Very pleasant and aesthetic ambiance.

Accommodation is very secure, you get your own code via email and using your phone to scan to enter/exit premise and your room. Also location is close to Citta Alta, only 1 bus to take u there or 25min walk. Cold drinks in fridge and Nespresso machine and coffee pods are all complimentary. Free parking across the road in public carpark was really helpful. I sapori di sicilia restaurant next to hotel is a bonus and must try, the chef Fautas is from Sicily and makes delicious arancini and calzone.i

We had a lovely apartment in a neighborhood that was quiet at night. Because it was Easter weekend and restaurants were closed that evening and the next, we were able to but food at the nearby supermarket and cook at "home". The staff was wonderful. This is part of an assisted living compound, so staff was friendly and capable.

Very clean hotel, friendly and efficient staff. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and, despite being by the motorway, it was very quiet (so much so, I slept until 2pm!). Great shower. Cold water dispenser on all floors and a small vending machine in reception. Good secure parking. Excellent location, just 15 mins from Bergamo airport (I used it as a hub to go to concerts at Lake Garda and Milan).

We stayed here for one night before our flight home. Lots of parking, both above and below ground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with a large comfy bed. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Good location for the airport. I wouls stay here again.

We have stayed here several times, just overnight stays whilst in transit. It has always been good value and spotlessly clean. Staff are very good. Good location for Bergamo flights and motorways
