This is a wonderful farmhouse, on a hilltop overlooking the valley of Foligno. Ideal as a base for short trips to the surrounding area (Assisi, the Umbrian countryside, truffle hunting, hikes etc.), or as a place to just relax and idle away at the pool. I loved that the house was the perfect mix between modern and rustic, maintaining the spirit of the house, but with modern comforts. The host was really incredible in predicting all the information that could come to mind, and making it all available to us in written form.
