I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola.

I just spent 12 unforgettable days at Sogno Langhe in Monforte d’Alba, and it truly felt like a dream. Wow, this place is totally amazing! I can't think of enough superlatives to describe it. It is rare to find a place that puts so much thought and effort into every little detail. The room was calm, quiet, clean and beautiful. Our little refrigerator in the room was filled with food (yogurts, cheeses, blueberries, etc.) and there is also a little communal kitchen that is filled with so much food for the guests! The bed was wonderful, the shower was great, really - I was amazed by this place. Just come and stay here, you won't regret it!

We had a fantastic stay accommodating our group of 9 who were on a cycling trip. The rooms were pleasant and clean and we were able to store the bikes in the garage for the night. Floriana very kindly booked us into a local restaurant where we had a superb meal which was followed up the next morning by a brilliant breakfast. Carru is a lovely little town and I would highly recommend staying at B&B Torre in Langa. Thank you for having us!
