I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was large and spacious. The staff was a highlight of my experience—friendly, easy to communicate with, and he provided a thorough explanation of the jacuzzi facilities. Their swift response to my needs was truly helpful. We were delighted with our stay in Vicolo d'Este. The apartment is very well appointed, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet! The bed is comfortable, and the view out the front door into the Villa d'Este is magnificent. Massimiliano has been very supportive and helpful in ensuring our comfort. The apartment is in the medieval quarter of Tivoli, with enchanting and narrow cobblestone streets and staircases. Fantastic location and a very comfortable apartment which we highly recommend!
