An absolute pleasure to stay at Villa Loriana, if you are planing a trip to Mount Etna or just looking for a calm place surrounded by nature next to Catania and Taormina, this is the place; we had a lovely stay, very short but overall amazing. Luca is an incredible host and Moussa, who’s based in the property, is always available for anything you might need. totally recommend it!

Really comfortable apartment. Very spacious with a good location. Close to some restaurants and not that far by walk to the beach. Great communication with the host who explained everything to us and was quick to react to our messages. Only thing the AC didnt seem to cool enough, but we didn't really mind.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation. By far the best we had in Sicily. In 14 days we had an accommodation adventure in Sicily, but at this property everything is top notch with extremely high standards and only positive, pleasant surprises. The property is large, beautiful and really quiet, the facilities are new and exceptionally well maintained with great attention to detail. The place simply invites you to relax between lemon trees and palm trees in the pool or in the whirlpool, in good weather even with a view of Mount Etna (you even see eruptions from there). Our flat was very spacious, equipped with everything you need and clean. The welcome from the owner Lella was warm and simply fantastic, we immediately felt at home. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. We were very well looked after by Lella and the staff, we wanted for nothing. The hospitality at this place is simply incredible. They speak English and even German. The breakfast is very varied and absolutely delicious, especially the coffee. And you can have fresh lemons and kumquats. Thanks also to Fausto for the great care, the recipe ideas and the picked fruit. All in all, this place is 100% recommended and we look forward to coming here again.

This is a wonderful apartment. It would be more correct to say that it is a part of the house. A great place to feel how the locals live. In life, everything is much better than in the photos. There is all the equipment (even an air grill and a dryer), there is a small garden inside the house. All the furniture, dishes and equipment are new or in very good condition. You can park your car for free near the house. The owners are a family. On the day of our arrival, they gave us a local fruit - a huge sweet Sicilian lemon. They are very kind, ready to help with any questions. Every morning they brought us breakfast. In addition to breakfast, there was a small additional treat - marzipan or chocolates. The hostess asked what we wanted to see and tried to help with any questions. It seemed that we were not tourists, but relatives of the owners who came to visit them. The town is very quiet, the sea is close, it is very convenient to get to Catania, Taormina, the outlet or the volcano Etna. The hosts are friendly to guests. Our dog was given a special bed, which he really liked. We subsequently had to buy one for our house. If we had to go to Sicily again, we would choose to stay in this house.

Everything about this place is exceptional. Details in the superb clean house are amazing. The owners really have good taste and shows that they have put love into it. Well done! Breakfast was abundant and varied every day.. Santa and her husband were very welcoming and Santa was amazingly hospitable. We would have loved to stay more. We will definitely return. The very friendly hosts asked me each day what I did want for my breakfast, Because I am not much of a breakfast person I never asked for anything, but I still was able to get some water, fruit or yoghurts from the fridge. On the first morning I even got some leftovers, which were typical Sicilian and sweet :) Communication was not a big problem, because most of it was done by the daughter of the hosts, who is able to speak English. I am sorry for not speaking any Italian :) The room itself was very nice, new and modern. This is a perfect basis for trips to Taormina, Catania and lady Etna of course. Thanks for a lovely stay!

    We loved everything about this little house. The location, the village, the peaceful and picturesque surroundings. It was very clean, comfortable and we felt at home. We had everything we needed. It was just perfect and we fully recommend it.

    Location was beautiful with lots of bird life. Very peaceful Spacious property which was very clean Host was pleasant & arrived quickly to show us around & hand over keys. The pool table came into its own as we had very bad weather with torrential rain, thunder & hailstorms.

    I booked the hotel because it was cheap and close to the etna. I inteded to hike all day. The location though is the only good thing about it though.
