Staff, location, room, price and parking availability for the car. Tram/bus station was near the hotel, with direct route to Venice. Tobacco shops were also conviniently near the hotel to buy tickets for the tram.

Great place for a nights stay. Despite it being a shared bathroom, it was kept very clean. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early but the only issue we had was that our room was not locked when we arrived at night. since our luggage was left inside it would be better if they locked the door after cleaning.
