It was a lovely relaxing week. The property has a great pool. It was very clean. In the restaurant Stefano was a great help as I have coeliac disease and everyday he had gluten free food items for me and they always offered some gluten free pasta or something else either. Michele made great coffees each morning also. Francesca at the front desk was so nice too. The staff everywhere was so nice and friendly, always smiling. We hope to come back in the future. Would recommend it if you want a relaxing week away from everything.

The location is excellent right on the beach, the rooms are clean and also have a beautiful view of the sea, there is a garden with a cosy seating area where you can drink your coffee at the beginning of the morning or evening and the breakfast room is available at all times. the beach is very very beautiful with white sand and clear water, most of the time it is not crowded, Andrea is the host and he is Very nice and will help you find good restaurants or bars in the area and suggest you local dishes to try ;)

Paquja is the place where you want to come back. Here is the soul and welcoming relation from hosts. The apartments is close to the beach, 5 mins and you enjoy the sea and sun 😍 2 bus stops from the supermarket. Also you can easy get to the centre of Cagliari by bus. Special thanks to Ricardo, he met us and was in touch almost every day 🤗 Suggested places where to eat, what to visit etc. Local fruits were amazing 😋 Laura thanks for helping us with some laundry, your hospitality is great and it's a big pleasure to meet and speak to you. Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

The apartment is in a great location, a 7-minute walk to the grocery store. 30 minutes to the capital Cagliari. The apartment has a nice terrace outside where you can enjoy the evening. The street is not loud and busy, which is great. In front of the apartment, you can park your car sideways down the street, we always found a parking space. Everything inside is aesthetically perfect, a nice combination of white and blue. The apartment is large enough. It has one double bed and one single bed and a sofa. It has air conditioning, a washing machine, hairdryer. It also has a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The beach is next to the marina, so we didn't swim there, we preferred to drive 5 minutes away to the beautiful Spiaggia Marina Residence beach, or the Spiaggia di Mari Pintau beach, which is only a 13-minute drive away.

The owner was incredibly hospitable, kindly providing welcome wine and bottled water for us. The room was bright and beautiful, offering hospitality on par with a five-star hotel. The kitchen and washing machine were also a great help. It was a wonderful stay — thank you so much!

    Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful personal. Very nice view. Nice pool, though we didn't use it. Playground for children. Good breakfast. Location is good, 20 minutes driving to Poetto in Cagliari and 45 minutes to Villasimius and its amazing beaches.

    Lovely hotel, super swimming pool and private beach. Beautiful gardens. All areas were very clean. Delicious pizzas in the separate all inclusive restaurant 🤗 Very good food in general terms. Animations and other activities like for instance aqua gym and evening shows were also great organised. Very safe place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast internet. Very comfortable beds.
