I could not praise Hotel Faraglioni enough. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and even went out of their way. Our 7 year old experienced terrible jetlag. He was literally nauseous for three days and was vomitting. The cleaned our room every single day, replaced our soiled bedsheets (yes, the child vomitted on the bed,,, we were so sorry!) but they did this every single day during our stay with a smile and no complaints at all. Jessica - our room attendant was super! She said do not worry about it, no problem every single time! And even gave my son a gift to cheer him up. The food was excellent and the views from the terraza is stunning. The breakfast was top notch I missed it so much! Highly highly recommended!

The room is very spacious and even prettier than in photos. It is very well equipped even for longer stays (kitchen, iron, fan, etc.). Breakfast is delicious and the view is very nice. Staff is extremely kind. Parking is really convenient as you can leave your car right in front of the B&B free of charge.

I strongly recommend this place. The room was beautiful and perfectly clean. Chiara welcomed us and took great care of us. We arrived very early (8:30am) and the room that we booked was only available at 1:00pm. However Chiara offered us to change our reservation to another room which was already available for us. We were so delighted to be able to rest after a long trip by night train. Also, Chiara offered us many recommendations for restaurants and activities in Catania. She was a real Clef d’Or Concierge. Thank you very much Chiara, we see you back soon !
