Quite literally the best apartment we've ever stayed in. Breathtaking views, stunning design, and plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, a luxurious bed and pillows — everything was spotless and brand new. High-speed internet. The location is unbelievably beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. Would happily live here for a year! Hands down the best place in Iceland. Thank you!

    • Well equipped guesthouse • Spacious kitchen to share with a beach view • Washer & dryer available, since many places in Iceland don’t have that. (Isk 8000) • Very clean room • Several toilets and shower to share, didn’t have to wait for one even the guesthouse was pretty full • Staff are helpful :) • Location is great • Do note there are strict rules about not using the common kitchen, washer and dryer after 9/10pm. Since the common area is close to other guests room.

    Tidy, very clean and comfortable. we were surprised how good it was given the description as a hostel. In some countries hostels can be poor but not in Iceland it seems. The only minus was that the heating made the room very hot and not ideal for sleeping but the beds were very comfortable. If you are thinking of staying in Olafsvik, this is a great option!
