Cheap hotels in Hellissandur

Absolutely charming, delightful, soulful and unique! Often places with such wonderful character can sadly be run down or poorly served. That is absolutely not the case with the Freezer. It’s truly one of the most unique, enjoyable and friendly places I’ve ever had the chance to sleep in. Part guest house, part community centre, part concert hall / playhouse, it’s truly one of a kind. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. First, the kitchen was absolutely neat and ordered. It was like a home's one. Also the staff was so kind. And the location is the center of Olafsvik. The laundry fee was so cheap in spite of very good laundry machine. I've never washed my laundry by hot water except here. And I could dry my laundry about 2 hours. Even I could use it for free because the card reader was out of order. They could ask me to pay by cash. (Of course, I didn't have any cash during stay in Iceland.) All things seemed to be considered for guests. And very fortunately I stayed alone in a 8-beds room. The day I stayed was seemd that guest was just me. Regardless of that, the staff did her best. Thank u so much. I really hope the guesthouse will be crowded by so many guests. Because when I visit Iceland again, I will definitely stay there again. I felt it was kind of my hometown. I stayed in Helisandur on the next day(yesterday) and I am leaving from Iceland today. I am very sorry I can't stay more there. Thank you so much. The guesthouse should be prospered.

I would say this is one of the best guesthouses we have ever stayed. Everything was super clean, friendly staff, well equipped kitchen with a nice view, leisure room available, comfortable beds, clean and big bathrooms, parking available. Also, from an architectural point of view, the house itself has a good layout - each room does not have a common wall with neighbour and it is separated by bathrooms.I strongly recommend this guesthouse to be visited by the owners of other guesthouses - it is a lot to learn from a good example.
