Beautiful property, very well designed with lots of green space and individual separated rooms for maximum privacy. Aesthetically pleasing design for rooms with well kept and clean interior. Location is superb as well, nice clean beach on the front and beautiful backwater lake on the back and is walking distance from mangroves canoe ride activity. Very serene and peaceful. The owner Prashanth is an amazing host and a great guy, gave us a free upgrade and went above and beyond in his hospitality. A great place to vacation.

Our room was spacious with beautiful terrace to relax. The house and facilities are new, very clean and well maintained. Location is quiet, just one minute walk to the nice Odayam beach. Several decent restaurants nearby. We could choose breakfast in Blue Water Resort or home made keralas breakfast on the terrace. Faizal and his family are great hosts always ready to help onsite or via WatsApp.

The rooms are very pretty - best room and bathroom we had in India. The hosts and staff are really nice. They help you with everything you need. There is a good breakfast with fruit salad, juice, curry & omlette available. The location is also quite nice. From the homestay it just takes a two minute walk to Edava Beach (not crowded and clean). It is possible to rent Scooters if you want to go to Varkala - round about 10min ride (we rented one for the whole week and needed it everyday to go out for dinner and coffee or to go to Varkala).

Some restaurants nearby and a 10 minute scooty ride from Varkala for more options. 2 minute walk to small beach shared with only 2-3 other resorts. Nice breakfast - options of Kerala style (appam, veg curry) or continental (toast, omelette, fruit) with tea or coffee. Balcony with peaceful view out over paddy fields. A/C + fan work. Clean rooms. Lovely owner/ manager who helped us book scooter rental, Ayurvedic massage easily. We booked for 2 nights initially but decided to stay for 4.
