Great location close to Rosscarbery town centre and short drive to local beeches. House was very clean and comfortable. Lovely garden. Host was very helpful and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay in The Cobbler.

Margaret and Jim were exceptional hosts, very friendly and made time for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and stay. The B&B was very clean, lovely location with a fabulous view of the coast. The continental breakfast in the morning was just what we needed after a beautiful cliff walk. This is our second time staying here and there is nothing you could fault with it. Highly recommend staying at Bethel guesthouse if you are in the area. We will definitely return. Thanks Margaret and Jim.
