The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Everything was clean and there was a nice view. We enjoyed our stay very much, despite the poor weather.

I didn't realise how close the cottage is to the Aran Island ferries when I booked it. It's the perfect base to explore the area from.

The place was lovely and clean with everything you could need, it’s like a home away from home but with 3 donkeys in the front and 2 cats at the side of the house.

Arriving to be greeted by Sally and Padraig, who patiently explained every aspect of the property, made me feel instantly welcome and well cared for. The apartment is a masterclass in thoughtful design. Every necessity has been anticipated with remarkable care: from three luxuriously soft towels per person and ample toiletries (including quality shampoos, body washes, and even tampons) to a kitchen outfitted with every appliance you could possibly imagine. Whether you need a coffee machine with pods, an airfryer, a fully stocked cutlery set, or advanced baking trays inside the oven, every detail is taken care of so you never have to worry about a forgotten essential. It truly felt like a home away from home where nothing was left to chance. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast—around 100 Mbps—ensuring that streaming your favorite shows or staying connected was effortless. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the hosts went out of their way to show me the path to the beautiful local beach, adding that extra personal touch which made the stay all the more memorable. One of the standout features was the sleeping experience. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, so much so that both adults and kids drifted off to sleep within minutes, enveloped by the serene atmosphere of the space. In short, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Every aspect of the apartment, from its full range of amenities to the attentive hospitality of Sally and Padraig, reflects a deep commitment to guest comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone looking for a truly exceptional, worry-free getaway.
