We had a truly wonderful stay at this cottage! The house itself is absolutely charming, with a beautiful design and thoughtful details everywhere. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean. The colors and décor are so tasteful and harmonious — it felt warm and welcoming the moment we stepped inside. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind, always making us feel at home. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. It’s such a lovely place, created with so much care and love. Highly recommended — we would be delighted to come back again!

The accommodation was excellent and well presented by householder Kevin, who met us on arrival. It also has a secure yard for parking. Less than three minute walk into the town Square, where one will find a pet friendly cafe, known as Ciara's Candy and cafe. Kevin has a pub as well, where your pet is welcome and the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. We had a Totally relaxed break and even our cockapoo, Mitzi relaxed for a change, as she does not travel to well. A good base for traveling from. Definitely be back. Betty, Charlie and Mitzi mc nally

Was an amazing stay we had and the host was absolutely brilliant went out of her way to help you and nothing was to much for her. Also offered us a lift to where we needed to be for a family wedding. Breakfast was lovely with a good range of to choose from including a fry up. Beds were comfortable and would defo recommend this place to anyone

The house was comfortable, clean, quirky, private and spacious. Patrick was very welcoming and give loads of info not only on the accommodation but on the locality and places to go, and his home made bread was a real bonus. He had the fridge and presses stocked with the basics which means a lot and the stove was very cosy for a night in.

    Lovely hotel in lovely location with very friendly staff.Loads of parking close to reception area. Bedroom spotless and beds very comfortable and lovely view of the lake. The breakfast was so lovely with a taster plate at start . Food was really tasty and service excellent. Bar staff and waiting staff were really very attentive and friendly.

    We were so impressed by the beautiful location, on arrival Rygan was the most helpful, very welcoming & chatty. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the grounds spectacular. Very clean. Everyone working there are very friendly & chatty. The food was lovely. Usually I don’t really rates my stay but we were so impressed by this one that we had to do it. I couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend.

    We loved everything about the place from the moment we arrived, Superb location overlooking Lough Sheelin, with beautifully manicured grounds, a very warm welcome from Mary at Reception was a great start to our stay and Vanessa and her staff could not have done more for us at breakfast each morning. Wonderful staff, a wonderful location, ideal for a relaxing break, highly recommended. 10/10.
