    Beautiful spacious room, tea and coffee machine available in the room, exceptional shower facilities, very clean, owner Liam was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, property perfectly located (quiet location but close to city centre), excellent continental breakfast presented beautifully in a picnic basket - a very nice touch!     Ideal location and very quiet housing estate. Place was spotless and heating was on when we arrived very comfy as it was a miserable day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hopefully be back again ourselves in 2024.
