Beautiful location. Staff 100% professional. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway. Quite a few stairs to and from the sea and boat transfer so maybe not for the mobility impared. Breakfast very good catering for everyone's taste. Restaurant very nice and good food .

We stayed in this apartments for six nights and, believe me, it was great. We felt like at home and we had everything we needed: the flat is spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the small harbour and very very close to the ferry port. The apartment was quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was nicely appointed and everything worked perfectly (warm shower, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Kitchen was well equipped and, since we took our provisions (and our car) from Dubrovnik we had a confortable self catering. There is a small shop with limited items just next to the entrance but, if you need more supplies you can go to Sipanska Luka (5 km.) where there’s a bigger market. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals and it’s wonderful to explore by feet or bike (or bus… a small one, of course). You can also take boats to visit the nearby islands of Lopud and Kolocep but Sipan, by herself, is so full of gorgeous places that it’ sufficient for days and days of wandering where sun and sea meets paradise! We found the island and the location both perfect and we will come back. For sure! We give 10... because it's impossible to give 20 ;-) Thank you, dear all. Hope to meet you again :-)

This is an exceptional stay; the apartments are extremely professionally catered while maintaining the feel of a family-run hotel. The apartments have all the necessary facilities, including toiletries, a mini-fridge, air conditioning/heating, and towels for the beach. We stayed in a suite with a small kitchen, a dining table, and a small table with a sofa, and a nice view that was handy for working or reading a book. The rooms and common areas are pristine; the location is perfect, close to a lively playground and just a few steps from restaurants, the port, and a short walk from the beach. It is quiet and relaxed at night. I travelled alone with my child, and I always felt safe and happy. I will definitely return.

Absolutely everything. Imagine the most high class accommodation you could think of- this is it, it exceeds any 5* hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything ran like clockwork getting to & from the Villa. The breakfast was truly exceptional, a different Croatian feast every day & to an extremely high standard.     The location was stunning - beautiful position and the water was so clear, lovely for swims in the sea. Very peaceful. Easy to walk to Sudurad harbour and get the ferry across to Lopud for a few hours. Reception staff very helpful with queries before our arrival and helping with transfers from Dubrovnik Old Town and back to the airport. We enjoyed a couple of very good meals in the restaurant. Very clean rooms and delightful staff.

    Our host Briana was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and decorated in a contemporary style. Everything you could need and extra in it . The location is fabulous, 1 minute to the sea and bar /restaurants.. a very special island and the best place to stay , our second time there in Kates apartment and can't wait to get back
