The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

. We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

Perfectly situated just a short stroll to the lake, castle, restaurants and bars. This apartment is modern and spacious with every extra you can think of available. The appartment is great for two people. It is cosy and very clean. It is located in residential aria and is quiet. Everything is as described and shown on pictures. Staff were wonderful, in difficult circumstances they were extremely supportive and obliging. Great breakfast, room was large and beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Only a 5 euro taxi drive into Ioannina.
