Everything!!!😍 To be honest places like this are over our budget,so we saved money for this trip for a while and was a bit concerned if we choose a good accomodation to put our trust in because we did not know the place. But booking this place was the best choice we could make! The hotel itself is really new,clear and elegant from the inside and outside as well. There are many pools so you do not feel the crowd (sometimes we were alone in a whole pool). The beach is literally just around the corner so we were able to spend our whole day there while our room was just few steps away from it. At the beach there were king size beds with baldachin and sunbeds too. There were a toilet and a beach bar nearby to fulfill all of yours needs! Our room was small but it was perfect for us (2 people) and it was well-equipped, we had everything we needed. There was fresh bottled water provided daily and the cleaning ladies did a perfect job! Despite the fact we brought lots of sands in they made our room perfectly clean every single day, huge thank you for them from here as well! Also the rest of the staff were extremly kind,helpful, cheerful and just made our days always :) Thank you as well, I hope my words get back to you,because you are doing an amazing job! We also tried massage here. The hotel provides you a 10 minute free massage and we also add some extra minutes. It was also amazing, we felt incredibly relaxed and calm after it. I definitely recommend you to try it once you are there. We also recieved one romantic dinner next to the beach in the hotel's fine dining restaurant from the hotel. It was an amazing night with a perfect view and incredible dishes! And in the end I would like to emphasize the amazing quality and quantity of food! Everything was freshly made, we had lots of choices and our favourites could be found every day but they also add new dishes to the breakfast and dinner too, so you just could not get bored of it!

Yianna is the best choice for the people who wanna spend vacation near the sea, in a clean and comfortable place. 🏖 All the staff is welcoming, kind and helpfull. They make you feel like at home !! 🏠 Really, i felt very very calm and happy there,what i think is important. The room was big enough,clean with a balcony, sea view and everything U need. 🏨🌊 FOOD - one of the best i've ever eaten before!! For the breakfast a buffet is served and dinner is chosen from the menu. 🍳🥗 I have to mention delicious coctails too 🥃🍹 To each their own, but if you are looking for something perfect go with these guys ! 👌 I don't use to visit same places more times but in this case I'll make an exception. Good luck 🍀

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

It was great and comfortable accommodation. Although it is relative far from the city center and airport, you can use direct city bus N6 from the airport going through Heraklion center, the nearest stop is Hotel Castro (200 m from the house). The host was very friendly and helpful, any question by WhatsUp was replied in a few minutes. Keyas are stored in safe-box, you do not need carry about exact time of your arriving. The appartmant was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi worked well, the kitchen was well-equipped with machines (oven, 2 coffee machines, 2 tosters, microwave). The nearest beach is 200 m from the house, you will find there cafe where customers get sunbeds for free. The great advantage is separate climat-control units in each of 3 rooms. It was real pleasure to find cold water and beer, but also some other things like olive oil, raki, sugar, coffee etc. - simply everything what you need. I'm really happy that I have chosen this accommodation for our visit to Crete and can highly recommand it.

This is a wonderful apartment. It's located on the second floor and offers beautiful views of the sea, the city/Heriaklion, and the mountains. You can stroll along the seafront, and in the evening, you can head into town, about a 20-minute walk away. The host, Mixalis, provided water and fruit. The figs, grown on his own plot, are an absolute delicacy. The apartment is well-equipped in both the kitchen and bathroom. Umbrellas and a beach mat are also provided. We plan to return next year.

We had a villa with a private swimming pool that was heated. The bed was confy and the staff was extremely flexible, nice and welcoming. I would advise to get a car to move around the island. The design if the place is quite modern contemporary so the vibe is right.

In general the appartment was good. Big balcony, great view, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes the bus stations. The different markets are also available within the 5-10 minutes walk. The appartment was cleaned almost every day. Our kids enjoyed the water pool while we had time to relax on the sun beds around. The communication with the hosts was easy. There were missing some items in the kitchen but it was resolved within 5 minutes when I asked Giorgio for help. Soon it will require the renovation, but in my opnion it was good option for its price.

    Hotel has perfect location. It is at the beach, has lovely swimming pool and great breakfasts. All staff in the hotel is so nice and that gives home like feeling. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed view from our balcony. This was our third stay and I and kids really enjoyed it.

    Location was good for me. Easy to get the bus into Heraklion opposite Creta beach hotel. Get the tickets from supermarket as its cheaper. Buses to everywhere else are easily taken from bus station Heraklion port. It's a family run establishment and the owner is very helpful and kind. I was given a present on leaving of some olive oil. Ammoudara beach is only a few minutes walk. Sunbeds are 15 euro but if you eat and drink at one of the beach restaurants it's free.

    I liked the location, as it was close to the bus stop, the taxi station, the beach and only a 10-minute drive to the University campus. The apartment is quite modern, spacious, very clean, very bright, with all the facilities that I needed, and the hosts were very patient and helpful whenever I contacted them.

    The location is really close to the beach, breakfast was excellent and the garden terrace was super nice. The towels were changed every day, the staff is really helpful and I definately would like to come back again soon. The transportation with city centre was great and cheap.
