Definitely out of the way place. Very quite location. Excellent food. Could be described as "pub grub" but wider choice than the usual and very high quality. Live music was on during my stay but that stopped at around 10:00pm so not intrusive at all. Sparkling wit from the host!! Since I was leaving well before the 8:00 breakfast, a doggy bag was supplied the noight before with more in there than I acyually asked for. Too generous!

Apartment is located within the hosts ground in a very quiet and nature rich area. It almost feels like staying in the middle of the forest. Great place to stay on the little balcony late into the evening and lovely to wake up to the sounds of nature. There are very good connections by car and the small city with markets and restaurants are nearby. Place was very clean and the hosts friendly and open or a chat.

A warm welcome and a very peaceful and tranquil location set in the beautiful secret grounds of a private house owned by Jenny and Andy . Completely self contained with extensive kitchen facilities with all utensils . Everything was so thoughtfully provided for from the fresh coffee maker and delicious biscuits to shower gels and deodorants , there was nothing they hadn't thought of .Everything was in excellent condition .The garden was wonderful to stroll around and unwind.

Excellently appointed accommodation in a lovely woodland garden setting. Pinecroft Barn is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. There is a small balcony area overlooks the fabulous garden. Our hosts were very helpful - we only wish we could have stayed longer. Ideal location for visiting Arundel Castle.

I loved absolutely everything about this property and location. It's a exceptionally well presented property and in a beautiful garden setting. The host Jenny cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and perfect. The barn furniture and fittings is of a very high standard and spotless, you can smell how fresh and clean it is. Everything you can think of is provided, attention to detail is exemplary. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
