A must stay for couples. Absolutely perfect. Beautifully built, lovely decor, and the garden is just amazing. Fiona was more than accommodating, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to go walks. It was my fiancée’s 40th and she had the balloons and bubbly there for her arriving. Also, the place was absolutely spotless. A fantastic stay away and highly recommended.

Breakfast was lovely and I so enjoyed the silver teapot in the table. Food was hearty and hot. Service was great. The Hamilton room was gorgeous. Loved the high ceilings and it had the best shower on our entire 9 day trip around Scotland and England. Ground floor room easy access to the car.

Andrew and the staff were just great! They were all very personable, and Andrew went out of his way to get us to a wedding when the cab didn't show, plus another lift as well. The food was excellent, and we loved our room, clean, comfortable, and quiet!

Fabulous location, the hotel is amazing in every aspect, beautiful views from bedroom window, lovely, spacious room with seating area and large bathroom. Bathrobes supplied and generous tea/coffee facilities, replenished daily. Staff were lovely, food was very good and the ambience of the hotel was just amazing. The village of Luss is about 10mins walking distance and that is just beautiful with a pier where you can access short boat trips. We opted for a 2hour Loch Lomond trip from another location but only 12 mins drive. After our 3 day trip we were totally relaxed and recharged, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this lovely hotel and location.

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.

This appartement is a must when you are in the area of Loch Lomond. Very very spacious with a nice kitchen and a super bed which is big and very comfortable. More then enough power plugs and all the furnitures and appliances are stylish and from highest quality. The property is in a quiet area with a lot of green around.
