The flat is very close to the metro station. In addition you also have a bus station near the flat to the metro (you can take one bus stop will till metro too, if you are very tired). We enjoyed our stay in the flat. The flat contains anything you need and also all small things that assist to be even more pleasant, like milk, even enough toilet paper, tissue, dish soap and more. Jubed is available and replies very quickly for any sort of questions and did his best to help or fix anything.

Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean small room but has a shower little kitchen fridge nice comfy bed very private and secure with door codes for your gate entrance and room , our host Abraham was an absolute gent. Showed us around and had to meet us at another road to get to the BnB we would never have found it nicely hidden. Shampoo and conditioner and toilet roll, and water we tried to use the coffee machine but couldn't get it to work probably our doing but a great little place very friendly host we stayed there because we had a 50th birthday to go too, there is also a continental breakfast that comes in with the cost of your room unfortunately we didn't have time to eat anything as we had to leave early. But for a city break in Enfield this was perfect your right near the shops cafe bars and restaurants. Train station just across the road, if we ever have to go there again I would definitely book here.

Nicholas is a very responsive host that responded acutely to any slight mishap to the flat -- e.g. The cooker was not working as well and he immediately offered to order takeout, bought an electric cooker that came the next day, and arranged for a technician to come to take a look. We were travelling for a wedding and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express since it was in a great location close to the wedding venue. To be completely honest, we thought this would be a "budget" stay, but it seriously exceeded all of our expectations and didn't feel like a budget stay at all! The rooms were super clean and comfy (though obviously the bed is much more comfy than the sofa bed). The staff were really helpful and accommodated to almost every single one of our asks and very efficiently! Booking was smooth and didn't require much back and forth. We ended up arriving early but they even accommodated an early check-in without charge! For what we paid, breakfast had a great selection of warm and cold foods. It's a really quiet environment where we could get quality rest. For those who are driving, there is also free parking. Ubers are super easy to call. We so appreciated the 24 hour concierge and the fast response time. Really had a fantastic stay - strongly recommend.

A good location for public transport. With good links to central London. Nice house, lovely decor, beautiful bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room overlooked an attractive back garden. Although it is near the main road, there are trees that absorb the traffic noise so it was nice and quiet. Shops and cafes and restaurants nearby De Bohun Park is across the road. Trent Country Park is within walking distance, or you could take the bus.

Owners were really friendly and helpful. Didn't realise at time of booking that it was shared bathroom facilities, which isn't ideal. Bathroom was very clean and tidy though, and our room was beautifully presented. A breakfast option (even just cereal and pastries) would have been great, but overall a very nice property with really lovely and friendly owners. Location is ideal for Cockfosters and Oakwood tube stations less than 10min walk away. On street parking seemed plentiful.
