We enjoyed our stay in this flat. It is very quiet, and we had a very good sleep. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. There is a small balcony overlooking the inner garden. There is scaffolding at the front of the building but it didn't bother us at all. It's 20-25 mins walk from Gare du Nord or Gare du l'Est. You can find lots of bistro/restaurants around. The host left us two bottles of water which was very nice.

The location of the apartment is very good. Everything in Paris can be reached very easily with public transportation. The rooms are clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything what you need during your stay eg caffe, sugar, honey, salt and pepper, etc. You can feel like home. The bathroom is small but clean. You can find shower gel in it. We liked this apartment and will return if we choose Paris again as our destination.

I really liked that the bathroom was in the room, and there was everything you needed for a trip. For example there was the hairdryer so I didn't need to bring it from home! Also we appreciated the tea bags so we could prepare some in the morning! I saw some people say it was small but in my opinion it was perfect for 2 people.
