Location is perfect , stuff very friendly and allways smiling .with possitve energy . They are fantastic people . Room is very clean . Breakfast is very reach and clean . Fasika , Dorka, Maputo , Gift and the housekeeper at 5tj floor . I love all of you so much , you made me feel very nice ., You are very kind and very nice too. I cant wait to come back to see and to enjoy staying at your hotel once again .

Hotel staff was very very accommodating, caring and helpful. Location is also very convenient, its a secure area and near to airport. Hotel is very clean, newly built. Breakfast was great, totally worth every penny. Dropped us at the airport after checkout (free). Your belonging are completely safe here.

The location is queit enough to have rest. The owners (Helene and her husband) are so caring that I always felt at home. Living expenses are very cheap there: There is a kictchen full of needed things ; refrigrator, and all cooking and dinning materials in the guest house. Helene also helped me by buying and cooking food. If your budget is small, it is the ideal place.

I had an excellent time in the Hayez hotel. I assume it is the hotel in Addis with the best ration of price and value. The hotel is brand new, modern desigend, the staff is unusually young and extremly helpful and service oriented. The only disadvandage is the location, which is a bit out of the center, i.e. you have to move from and to the hotel by taxi. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent to a really affordable price. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, bed and pillows was even extremely comfortable.
