The place is really new, all is painted in white, very clean, new furniture, great bed and very comfortable mattress, bed linen all white and fresh, also the towels. The room is totally worth the price, is even better than you except, it fulfills the european standars ( like german clean hotel). The bathroom is spacious. The rooms are also very quiet, a thing that is hard to find in Egypt. The wifi works perfectly, each room has a smart tv, you can use your Netflix account in case all the programs ( also many with american movies in english) are not enough. They have a terrace above with a beautiful view over the river where they serve breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very nice, it is traditional, but also they can make the eggs the way you like. The guest house is brand new, is a family business owned by JJ and Mona, who are amazing people, they take care of everything you need and are very warm, kind and welcoming people. They speak also good english so is very easy to get all the information you need. They offer services also for trips, to go visit the nubian village, the botanical garden or take a felucca ride for sunset at very good price. They are honest people. I talked to them a lot and are very open. I have been to many places and I can make a difference between a host who really cares about the wellbeing of the customers and the one who just does it for the business, definitely JJ and Mona are genuine carrying people. We loved them.

We had a wonderful experience at Nala Narty. The place is truly incredible, located on a small island in the Nile and surrounded by nature, it feels like a hidden gem. The view from our room was like a painting, just as beautiful as in the photos, waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. Sherief was exceptional: extremely attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He took the time to suggest and help us organize visits, shared great local tips, and was always available when we needed anything. He was incredibly accommodating to all our needs and really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We didn't know how to get to the hotel. But we were arranged the transportations from the airport by a car and a boat. We stayed at this hotel two nights. The view from the hotel balcony was very beautiful. I wished we stayed longer! The breakfast we had at the balcony was very good and memoriable. We appreciated it that everybody at the hotel took care of us very well!

The hotel itself is very charming in an interesting location, heart of Nubian village, river front. The room was comfy and very clean, exactly like in the photos. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. The room was silent good sound isolation, we’ve stayed at the last room of the hotel corridor. The restaurant was excellent, big portions, great fresh local products, exquisite cuisine. It was the best kebab we had in Egypt. It has also beautiful views to the River. First, we came from Cairo with some stomach illness and the manager of the hotel Samir and all hotel staff did everything to make us felt better, he even went to a drugstore and bought us medicine and gave us as a gift. Thank you very Samir and Hamo, restaurant manager, your sympathy and attention made all the difference. Hamo also offered us local tea for all discomfort every day and it has helped a lot. Samir booked some transfers for us, they were all good and responsible drivers. Last, we had to leave the hotel early morning for a trip and they prepared us a breakfast box, with good variety and quality products, even boiled eggs. I don’t understand why other guests complain about it. Bottom line, I loved it and totally recommend.

The comunication, the room itself its pretty good and good looking, it have everything to be comfortable. The owner helped me to arrange transportation and tours to Abu simbel, Asuan and Luxor in good cars and with good drivers, all polite and puntual. Very recommended place.

During my first trip to the continent, I was impressed by the hospitality provided by the hotel. Ahmed, the manager, went out of his way to help me with everything, from arranging shuttle service to and from the airport at a great price, to assisting me with a cash transaction while in Egypt, etc. The hotel was spotless and had reliable air conditioning and a clean bathroom as well. The hotel balcony had beautiful views of the Nile. The accommodation was perfectly comfortable, overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!
